Spring Safety

Occupational Health and Safety For Today’s Workplace

Spring Safety takes a proactive, holistic approach to growing safer, healthier and happier workplaces. Unlike other consultancies, we offer new, innovative methods and contemporary initiatives designed to boost the wellbeing of your workers.

Our certified team of health and safety professionals can tailor programs suited to your workplace needs. So, if you’re looking to improve your company’s safety performance, reduce absenteeism, or develop safety programs to win government tenders, we promise to work with you to nurture a healthier workplace that fosters happier, more productive staff. Contact us today to find out more.

Plan

We assess your current situation: workforce demographic, cultural issues, compliance status, incidents, absenteeism statistics and current strategies in place for safety, health and wellness. We listen to what is important for your organisation.

Do

We propose a workable implementation strategy that suits your budget and resources. Policy, action plans, training, events, activities and promotion. We help you as much or as little as you need.

Check

Once up and running we measure progress with regular inspections, interviews and system audits.  We support you when things don’t go to plan with telephone advice and regular feedback.

Act

We challenge you to change because a safe and healthy workplace is a productive workplace and a productive workplace is good for business.
