Together, we strengthened governance, documented operational processes, implemented practical HSEQ controls, and completed an independent legal compliance inspection to identify improvement opportunities before certification. The Stage 1 audit confirmed strong leadership commitment, a clear focus on continual improvement and readiness to progress once identified actions were addressed.
Following implementation, Force Shutters successfully addressed all Stage 1 findings and achieved ISO certification at Stage 2 with no non-conformances. Today, the business has a practical management system that supports consistent manufacturing, safer operations, improved customer confidence and continued growth into Tier 1 construction and government markets.
