A regulatory health and safety compliance inspection by Spring Safety Consultants identified the need to upgrade processes and procedures to reflect current practice and new legislative requirements. Our scope has been to hold risk assessment workshops, develop management plans, conduct plant risk assessments and coach line management to ensure continual improvement is achieved. This has resulted in supporting the client with responding to regulator notices and shaping their new Mine Safety Management System.
