The company found itself with lots of subject matter experts in the field but not the right skill set to pull it all together, when it came to upgrading their suite of HSEQ documents to the new WHS (Mines) Regulations. This work has resulted in Spring Safety Consultants supporting the client with HSEQ technical writing services producing upgrades to management plans, corporate and process procedures, safe work instructions, safe work methods statements, permits and forms.
Sophia, Chartered Generalist OHS Professional, started Spring Safety in 2007 with the idea of helping small to medium businesses comply with health and safety requirements.
Sophia is the Principal HSEQ Consultant and Lead Auditor.
She has extensive experience working with small businesses particularly servicing the mining and construction industries across Australia, U.K. and Canada.
