An occupational health and safety and environmental management systems compliance audit conducted by Spring Safety Consultants identified the need to hold a SWOT workshop and upgrade processes to ensure compliance with their triple certification was in hand prior to their next Certification audit. Spring Safety tapped into Quality Management System expert Kate Butler and Environmental Management Systems guru Kerol Rezic to assist. The result was:
- Surveillance audit pass with minor non conformances
- SWOT workshop conducted on site and via Teams with their Brisbane Office
