Sophia Rossow is the Founder and Managing Director at Spring Safety Consultants and a Certified HSEQ Auditor.
She is an Australia Health and Safety Institute Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional and Exemplar Global Certified HSEQ ISO Lead Auditor
Sophia holds the following qualifications:
- Masters Business Psychology (progressing)
- Master of Occupational Safety and Environmental Health
- Graduate Certificate in Occupational Safety and Hygiene
- Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion)
- Lead Auditor – Quality, OHS, Enviro, Information Security
- NEBOSH Construction Safety Certificate, Technical Oil and Gas Operational Safety Certificates
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
With 26 years’ experience in mining, construction, rail and utilities, Sophia is globally experienced and qualified having worked and studied HSEQ across Australia, U.K. and Canada.
Kelsey Baker is an accomplished Lead Auditor in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Information Security Management Systems. With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability and currently pursuing a Master’s in Health and Safety at Curtin University, Kelsey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Spring Safety Consultants.
Her extensive experience in consulting, auditing, and systems development reflects her passion for all aspects of HSEQ management. As the leader of our Graduate HSEQ Consultant team, Kelsey ensures that every client project is executed to the highest standards, meeting expectations on time and within budget.
Cate is a recent graduate of a Bachelor degree in Health Science at Edith Cowan University, specialising in Occupational Health and Safety and Health Promotion. With a strong commitment to professional development, she is always open to additional certifications and training to enhance her skills.
Known for her adaptability, excellent communication abilities, and open-minded approach, Cate excels in both independent and team environments. She is fluent in English and Thai, highly proficient in computer use, and holds valuable first aid and mental first aid certification. Cate plays an essential role in ensuring health and safety standards are consistently upheld at Spring Safety Consultants.
Sonia supports our psychosocial scopes at Spring Safety Consultants, bringing a unique blend of expertise as a dual-qualified registered psychologist and school teacher. With a diverse background in corporate learning and development, classroom teaching, and private tutoring, Sonia is passionate about fostering learning and capability building at both individual and organizational levels.
Her extensive experience ranges from classroom education to workplace training, always tailored to align with specific business and strategic goals. Sonia’s robust technical knowledge in organisational performance management includes setting and measuring individual KPIs, role profiling, and utilizing advanced employee engagement measurement tools. Her skills in data analysis and insight generation further enhance her ability to drive impactful outcomes for our clients.
