Sophia Rossow is the Founder and Managing Director at Spring Safety Consultants and a Certified HSEQ Auditor.
She is a AIHS Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional and Exemplar Global Certified HSEQ ISO Lead Auditor
Sophia holds a
- Master of Occupational Safety and Environmental Health
- Graduate Certificate in Occupational Safety and Hygiene
- Graduate Certificate of Business Psychology
- Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion)
- Lead Auditor – Quality, OHS, Enviro
- NEBOSH Construction Safety Certificate, Technical Oil and Gas Operational Safety Certificates
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
With 26 years’ experience in mining, construction, rail and utilities, Sophia is globally experienced and qualified having worked and studied HSEQ across Australia, U.K. and Canada.
Dorit Ozchakir is our Graduate HSEQ and Wellbeing Consultant.
She has completed a Master of Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Western Australia.
With a deep passion for understanding social and organisational behaviour, Dorit focuses on assisting clients with mental health and wellbeing and striving to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement and performance within the workplace.
At Spring Safety, she applies her expertise to ensure safer and more efficient work environments.
Cate is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at Edith Cowan University, with majors in Occupational Health and Safety and Health Promotion. She is committed to professional development and is open to undertaking additional certifications or training as required.
Cate is known for her adaptability, strong communication skills, and open-minded approach. She is proficient in computer use and is fluent in both English and Thai. Cate also brings valuable first aid skills to the team, certified through Surf Lifesaving. Whether working independently or as part of a team, she effectively contributes to ensuring health and safety standards are met at Spring Safety.
