Sophia Rossow is the Founder and Managing Director at Spring Safety Consultants and a Certified HSEQ Auditor.
She is a AIHS Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional and Exemplar Global Certified HSEQ ISO Lead Auditor
Sophia holds a
- Master’s degree in HSE,
- Graduate Certificate in Occupational Safety and Hygiene,
- Bachelor of Health Science,
- NEBOSH Construction Safety Certificate,
- Technical Oil and Gas Operational Safety Certificates,
- and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
With 25 years’ experience in mining, construction, rail and utilities, Sophia is globally experienced and qualified having worked and studied HSEQ across Australia, U.K. and Canada.
Dorit Ozchakir completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Professional Engagement and Practice in Health from the University of Western Australia (UWA).
Her academic pursuits in Industrial and Organisational Psychology inspired her to further her studies with a Master’s in Business Psychology at UWA.
With a deep passion for understanding social and organisational behaviour, Dorit focuses on

At Spring Safety, she applies her expertise to ensure safer and more efficient work environments.
Vimela is a seasoned workplace health and safety professional with a comprehensive background across multiple industries. She is proficient in the development and implementation of WHS systems, risk management, and integrated management systems. Additionally, Vimela excels in regulatory compliance audits, emergency evacuation diagram preparation, human resources, project management, and ISO standards audits and system development.
She completed her Master’s in Project Management at Edith Cowan University (ECU) and is a proud member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. At Spring Safety, Vimela leverages her expertise to ensure organizational safety and compliance with the highest standards.
Cate is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at Edith Cowan University, with majors in Occupational Health and Safety and Health Promotion. She is committed to professional development and is open to undertaking additional certifications or training as required.
Cate is known for her adaptability, strong communication skills, and open-minded approach. She is proficient in computer use and is fluent in both English and Thai. Cate also brings valuable first aid skills to the team, certified through Surf Lifesaving. Whether working independently or as part of a team, she effectively contributes to ensuring health and safety standards are met at Spring Safety.
